Launched in 2003 by experienced caterer Doug Coffin, this unique pizza brand began its journey with a single, eye-catching green truck—a restored 1947 International Harvester Kb5—that has since become iconic in the realm of gourmet mobile dining.

What sets Big Green Truck Pizza apart is its pioneering spirit. Being one of the first pizza trucks in the state, they paved the way for others while creating memorable dining experiences at various events, from birthday parties to large celebrations, serving up to 50 parties each week. The fleet has now expanded to five custom trucks, each equipped with state-of-the-art wood-fired ovens, ensuring that every pie baked is a work of art.
